How long does it take to process and order before it is shipped out.?
We try to package your order and have it shipped the following day, but typically it takes about 24 hours to process each order.   We will send you tracking information as soon as we are provided with that information whether it be from FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  It usually depends on how fast you would like to receive your order.

Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size and/or amount that you ordered.

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

 We are working hard to reduce paper waste and we will email you your electronic packing slip just prior to shipping.  Please reply back to that email (must reply within 10 hours) if you would prefer that we print the packing slip.  If we do not receive a request for printing the packing slip, the item(s) will be shipped immediately after 10 hours. 

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to the time it arrives at your home or office.

Shipping Fees: We now charge a $5 shipping fee for all items shipped Internationally.  This is to cover our costs for filling out Customs Forms, going to the Post Office, standing in line, and paying extra fees in order to ship Internationally.  We apologize for this inconvenience, but we had to come to the difficult dicision to do so after several incidents where we forfeited any profits. 

Shipping Costs are calculated upon check-out and usually depend upon which method of shipment you select whether it be FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
